Why is my password not working?

As a LunaMD customer, you might have experienced the frustration of not being able to access your account due to a password that doesn't seem to work. Don't worry; you're not alone. There is a simple explanation for why your password may not be working, and it all comes down to the fact that LunaMD has two different logins: an affiliate login and a customer login.

Firstly, let's clarify the two types of accounts:

  1. Your affiliate account is where you can manage everything related to promoting LunaMD, including your affiliate link, affiliate discount code, commissions, and PayPal email address. 
  2. Your customer account is where you can manage everything related to your LunaMD product orders, including your shipping address, product subscriptions, and recent purchases. 

To access your affiliate login page, go here: https://lunamd.com/pages/affiliate-login. Then, enter the affiliate login credentials we emailed you when you made your first LunaMD order. To access your customer login page, go here: https://account.lunamd.com/. Then, follow the instructions. When you enter your email address, we will email you a login code which you can use to log into your customer account. 

It's essential to remember that these two accounts are separate, and the login credentials for one will not work for the other. So, if you are attempting to log in to your customer account through the affiliate login page or vice versa, it will not work. 

If you have forgotten your password for your affiliate account, you can click on the "Forgot Pwd" link on the affiliate login page (https://lunamd.com/pages/affiliate-login). You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your affiliate account, and we will send you a password reset link to that email address. If you are still have trouble logging in after resetting your password, please contact us at hello@lunamd.com for further assistance.  

If you have forgotten your password for your customer account, do not worry. You can simply enter your email address and a one-time code will be emailed to you. If you are still having trouble logging in after entering your email address, please be aware that it may be because you used a different email address for your LunaMD order. 

In conclusion, if you're experiencing issues with your LunaMD password, it's important to check that you are logging in with the correct account credentials on the correct login page. By keeping this in mind, you'll be able to quickly access your account and continue using LunaMD's excellent services. However, if you are still having trouble please escalate the issue by emailing us at hello@lunamd.com and we can manually reset your passwords.
