How do I manage my subscriptions?

Managing your LunaMD subscription is easy and convenient. You have two options: using your Customer Account or contacting our customer service team. 

Here's how:


Method 1: Managing Your Subscription via Your Customer Account


  1. Log into your customer account here, using your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, don't worry! Simply click "Reset Password" to get a new one. 
  2. Go to your account settings and find the "Subscription" or "Manage Subscription" tab.
  3. Make desired changes to your subscription, such as plan, billing info, delivery frequency, or cancellation.
  4. Save your changes to update your subscription.


Method 2: Contacting Customer Service for Manual Subscription Changes


  1. Send an email to hello@lunamd.com with your full name, registered email address, and a clear description of the changes you want.
  2. Our customer service team will make the changes for you and respond with a confirmation email once they have been made.
