If you are expecting an Affiliate payment from LunaMD and it's your first time receiving a payment from us, it's important to be aware that there may be a delay of up to one week before you receive the payment in your PayPal account. This is because PayPal has a security system in place to protect both the buyer and the seller, and they may need to verify the details of the transaction to ensure that it is legitimate.
This delay is typically a one-time occurrence and subsequent payouts should arrive promptly.
