Experiencing a delay in receiving your package can be frustrating, especially with international shipping. In this guide, we'll explain why delays occur and provide a solution to ensure a timely resolution.

Allow 30 Days for Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, international shipping can take longer due to factors like customs clearance. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, as advised by USPS.

Tracking Updates

Outside the continental USA tracking information may not always be regularly updated, causing confusion. However, this doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue with your package.

What to Do If Your Package Is Delayed

If it's been 30 days without delivery or updated tracking, contact our Customer Support Team at hello@lunamd.com. We'll promptly send a replacement via UPS or DHL for immediate delivery.

Tracking the Replacement Package

Once the replacement is dispatched, you'll receive a new tracking number to monitor its progress on the UPS website.
