How do I update my payment method?

Updating your payment method on LunaMD is a seamless process. There are two methods available to you: (1) updating the payment method through your Customer Account or (2) requesting a secure payment update link through our Help Center. Here's a step-by-step guide on both methods:


Method 1: Updating Through Your Customer Account


  1. Login to Your Customer Account.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the 'My Account' or 'Profile' section.
  3. Find the 'Payment Methods' or 'Billing Information' tab.
  4. You should see your current payment method listed. Click on the 'Edit' or 'Update' button next to it.
  5. Enter your new credit card details carefully. Ensure that all details like the card number, expiry date, and CVV are correct.
  6. After updating your card details, click the 'Save' or 'Update' button.

Method 2: Request a Link through the Help Center


  1. Click here to submit a Help Ticket.
  2. In the message or description box, mention that you'd like a link to update your credit card.
  3. Our support team will review your request and send you a secure link via email to update your card details. This may take up to 1 business day, so please be patient.
  4. Once you receive the email from us, click on the link provided in the email. It will take you to a secure page where you can input your new credit card details.
  5. After entering the new details, confirm the update.


Note: For security reasons, always ensure you're on the official LunaMD website or using an official LunaMD communication when updating payment details.
